Vergara Pareja Consultores S.C.R.L (hereinafter, "VERPAR"), with RUC 20490946986 and registered address at Calle Leonidas Avendaño 281, Miraflores, Lima, is the data controller of the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulation (D.S. No. 003-2013-JUS).

We collect the data you provide voluntarily when filling out any form on this site: full name, email address, phone number, company, and any additional information you include in the message field or in the specific fields of each form (for example, number of pools, estimated water demand, or project description, depending on the form).

• Google Ads / Google Analytics, for measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (using cookies and similar technologies).

These providers may host information on servers located outside Peru, which constitutes an international transfer of personal data, carried out under the security and confidentiality standards required by applicable Peruvian law.

We will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and subsequently while there is an active or potential commercial relationship, unless you request deletion earlier, as indicated in the following section.

You have the right to access, correct, cancel, and oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), as well as to revoke the consent granted at any time.
